FSPA is led by dedicated parent and community volunteers who serve on behalf of Art Freiler School families.
Our board members are elected annually by FSPA members and serve without compensation. All leadership positions are volunteer roles.
President / Principal Officer
Jennifer serves as FSPA's principal officer and leads the board in setting organizational priorities, overseeing fundraising initiatives, and representing FSPA to the school community and Tracy Unified School District.
Vice President
Supports the President in board governance, chairs meetings in the President's absence, and coordinates cross-committee initiatives including event planning and volunteer recruitment.
Treasurer
Manages FSPA's financial records, prepares annual budget reports, and ensures compliance with 501(c)(3) filing requirements including Form 990-N submissions.
Beyond the board, FSPA operates through volunteer committees that parents can join at any membership level.
Plans and executes the annual Fun Run, Box Tops program, and other fundraising campaigns that fund classroom supplies and school programs.
Organizes fall carnival, Halloween Parade, Gingerbread Shoppe, Back-to-School Night, school dances, and seasonal celebrations.
Coordinates Science Olympiad, Family Science Night, chess tournaments, and sixth grade Science Camp support.
Recruits and schedules cleared parent volunteers for classroom assistance, event staffing, and special programs throughout the year.
Manages newsletters, digital campus updates, social outreach, and keeps families informed about meetings, events, and opportunities.
Represents FSPA at monthly School Site Council meetings and collaborates on the School Plan for Student Achievement (SPSA).
