On November 16, 2016, the IRS granted FSPA federal tax-exempt status under Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3), effective August 5, 2016. We are classified as a public charity under IRC Section 170(b)(1)(A)(vi).

The Freiler Staff Parent Association Inc (FSPA) is a charitable nonprofit corporation that serves as the parent-teacher organization for Art Freiler School, a K-8 campus in the Tracy Unified School District, Tracy, California.
We are an independent organization — not affiliated with any national, regional, or geographic parent-teacher association. Our focus is entirely local: supporting the students, teachers, and families of Art Freiler School.
Our tagline — Community • Support • Collaboration — reflects how we bring together parents, staff, and community members to enrich the educational experience for every child.

For nearly a decade, FSPA has organized fundraisers, carnivals, science programs, and volunteer initiatives that directly benefit Art Freiler classrooms and students across all grade levels.
As we continue to grow, FSPA remains committed to transparency, volunteer leadership, and putting every dollar raised toward programs that make a real difference for our students.
FSPA funds and organizes a wide range of activities throughout the school year.
Students solicit sponsors and run to raise funds for classroom supplies and materials.
Science Olympiad, Family Science Night, and sixth grade Science Camp funding.
Teacher materials, Box Tops coordination, and daily parent volunteer support.
Fall carnival, Halloween Parade, Gingerbread Shoppe, Back-to-School Night, and more.
Eighth-grade award trips, academic swim parties, chess tournaments, and school dances.
Parents cleared to assist teachers daily, plus representation on School Site Council and district committees.
